Seye Adeoye: Structural Engineer/Project Manager
Seye Adeoye is a multi-talented individual with several years of experience in the construction and property management industry. He is a structural engineer with over 10 years in building design and project execution, he is a member to several association in Nigeria, to mention but few; a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineer, Real Estate Developer Association of Nigeria among others. He is a partner with several organizations and has work on many significant projects for individual, corporate bodies and government bodies. Through his supervision he has proffer solution to many problems on construction site which has bring the best out of such projects.
Babalola Pitan: Head of Projects [Building]
Babalola is a top class professional with keen eye for details and a director and partner at Simproserve Ltd. As an experienced project manager, he has led his team in accomplishing several projects in construction industry which include; planning and design, supervision of plumbing works, electrical and wholesome interior design and building upgrade. He is driven with a passion for excellence and has a penchant for details which is comparable with any of the other topnotch contributors in the industry. Babalola is innovative and result oriented project manager being a graduate of Building Technology with over 8 years’ experience across two countries in Africa. Through his work, he has recorded successful feats in renovation, Façade recreation, home and office upgrades, design creation and implementation. He is man of integrity and goal oriented individual.
Steven Osunlana: Architect
Osunlana is a goal oriented individual with over 5 years’ experience in building planning, design and supervision. He is man of integrity and foresight in project management and execution, very detail and time conscious. He has work on different projects, to mention Teleiose Contracting Limited …Creating Value through quality delivery. few; he has worked with the Chief Resident Project Architect at Central Bank of Nigeria Development Branch, Jalingo, Taraba State. He has also supervised several projects on his own; he is one of the architects at Teleiose Contracting Ltd.
Ajiboye Damilare: Quantity Surveyor
He is a graduate of Quantity Survey. He has worked in different organizations in Nigeria, where he gained experience in building quotation and bill of Quantity preparation. As a quantity surveyor, having graduated with first class, he has worked with several project managers. Some of the project he has worked among several is the construction of administrative and residential building for Nigeria Integrated Power Projects [NIPP].
Funmilayo Osunjuyigbe: Architect
Funmilayo is an HND graduate in Architectural Technology. She has practical experience in architectural design both residential and commercial building and has successfully supervised the execution of some of these designs from start to finish. She has worked with group of engineers in designing and execution of some projects for Ogun State Government, she is has hands on experience in architectural designs both 2D and3D and REVIT MEP. She is a detailed personnel and a time management individual.
Joseph Idemudia: Civil Engineer
Joseph Idemudia has been in construction industry for the more than 8 year. He has been involved in different projects ranging from road construction, building construction and project management. He has been involved in construction of many projects which includes residential and commercial buildings and recreation center. He will be hands on as part of the project team at Teleiose Contracting Ltd.
Chike Okechukwu Esq.: Company Secretary/Lawyer
Chike Okechukwu Esq. is a Legal Practitioner practicing in Lagos. He had his LLB degree at the prestigious University of Ibadan in 2011 and was called to the Nigerian Bar IN 2013 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria after the compulsory one year Law School programme at the Nigerian Law School, Augustine Nnamani Campus, Agbani, Enugu. He is a dynamic Lawyer who believes in the culture of excellence and constant development of oneself to give greater value to others. He has considerable experience in, consults and lectures in property Law practice, corporate Law practice, commercial law, Labor Law and has well vast experience in litigation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He is presently an associate with the Standing Teleiose Contracting Limited …Creating Value through quality delivery. Conference of Mediation Advocates and an Associate Counsel in Adelaaide and Sydney Solicitors in Lagos, Nigeria.
