Samuel Olusegunbiyi: Founder/Director, HND, PMP, GMNSE
Samuel Olusegunbiyi is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, he has a great passion for construction as far back to his early age, he started supervising and participating in building construction when he supervised his grandmother’s kitchen, a building which has stands the test of great wind and turbulence. He has work in various construction sites, where he was involved in the building process. Samuel is a skillful man with hands on practical knowledge in building design and drawing interpretation. He has passion to create an enabling environment for individual, institution and government by building, affordable, and standard in structures in Nigeria and beyond. He plans to make construction and real estate industry one of the best industries in Nigeria. His dream is to also see people getting their choice properties as easy as possible without passing through stress especially from the roadside agents. He has experience in building supervision; one of such is the building of Central Bank of Nigeria, Jalingo Development Branch and some of others. He has also serves in securing properties for clients resident in Ikeja, Lagos.
Henry Omodigbo: Non-Executive Director, HND, ICAN, MBA.
Henry Omodigbo is a chartered accountant who brought his over 24 years wealth of experience in financial sector to bear on the operation of the company. He is presently a partner with the fifth largest auditing firm in the world. He is one of the Non-Executive directors at Teleiose Contracting Ltd.
Suraj Hamzat, Director, HND, M.Sc., MNSE
Suraj Hamzat is a registered member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and a COREN certified Mechanical Engineer who has been practicing his profession in building services for the past 10 years. He has supervised many projects and work in designing several projects among them is the Central Bank of Nigeria Jalingo Development Branch, and other projects in Abuja Capital Territory. He has hands on practical experience in plumbing work, and HVAC installation. He is a consultant with vast experience in the construction industry and a man of integrity. Joel Na’Allah Gambo, Director, HND, M.Sc., MNIA
Arc. Joel Na’Allah is an Architect with vast experience in building construction and project management. He’s been practicing for the past 10 years. He is the chief Resident Project Architect for the Development of Central Bank Main Branch, Jalingo, Taraba State. He has designed several building project both commercial and residential building and has personally supervised most of the projects executions. He has served in various capacities as an Architect and Project Manager; he is a man of integrity and a non-executive director at Teleiose Contracting Ltd.
Samuel Friday Nsikan: Non-Executive Director, B.Sc. [Hons]
Friday Aniefiok Samuel is a reliable immigration consultant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lagos State University and background in the tourism industry. He is an experienced marketer with good managerial skills. Through his consultancy service spanning seven years, he has helped many through sound tourism/immigration and ticketing advice by keeping abreast of global immigration policies and best practices.
